Digital Marketing Associate

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who can independently manage our social media, SEO, and content - including AI-generated UGC-style videos and images. You'll work closely with the team to build brand visibility, generate inboud leads, and support growth across our agency and product lines using modern AI-driven marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Create AI-generated UGC-style videos and images for social media and ad campaigns
• Design social media creatives using AI tools and design platforms
• Write and manage content - captions, blog posts, website copy, and email content (leveraging AI writing tools where useful)
• Handle on-page and off-page SEO: keyword research, meta tags, backlinks, content optimization
• Monitor website performance via Google Analytics and Search Console, and report on SEO progress
• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and social media growth
• Assist with paid social/search campaigns (Google/Meta Ads) when required
• Track performance across channels and share regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay current on AI tools, social media, content, and SEO trends, and bring new ideas to the table
